The role

You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all pupils, as well as assessing and reporting on their progress. You will also work closely with other staff members, parents and carers, to ensure the best outcomes for the pupils.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
• Experience of teaching year 3 or KS2 in a primary school setting
• A good understanding of the national curriculum and the expectations for year 3
• A creative and engaging approach to teaching and learning
• High expectations of yourself and your pupils
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive and flexible attitude
