School Maintenance CaretakerAre you an experienced Maintenance Professional in the Lincoln LN5 area looking to transition into the Education sector?I am currently looking to recruit a Maintenance professional to work on an ongoing temporary basis, supporting the School site team in carrying out day to day general maintenance and site work in a School based in Lincoln. There may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the School, although this is not guaranteed.You must be available to begin as soon as possible and flexible with the working hours. This role is for 1 – 2 days a week. This is a full day not a split shift. The school is negotiable on either 10am until 6pm or alternatively 7am until 3pm. This will be every Wednesday and you also may be required another day or half day some weeks. This could go permanent for the right candidate. As a school caretaker, the school will expect you to:” Carry out general maintenance of the school as well as litter picking” Carry out odd jobs delegated to you by the supervisor” Open and/or close the school building” Work independently and as a team to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently” Set alarmsYou will be required to fully register with us including providing right to work documents along with obtaining an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS that will be processed by us but comes at a cost (unless you already have one registered on the update service).
