Role: Nursery Deputy Manager
Location: TW8 Brentford
Salary: £38,000 depending on experience negotiable
Hours of Work: 40hours

Responsibilities
We require an experienced, team focused the Nursery Manager who shares our vision to provide premium childcare entwined with a creative philosophy towards teaching. You will need to be enthusiastic, optimistic and contribute ideas in all areas of the business. You will have a natural affinity with parent partnerships and be focused on delivering excellent standards of care and education. You will be an exceptional team leader and be able to lead and inspire your future team as they in turn lead children through their journey of learning and discovery; guiding and enabling them as they grow and develop. We want everyone in Imagination to grow, our staff and managers need to keep evolving
Requirements
At least a Level 3 or equivalent minimum.
BA(Hons) or EYP is an advantage
Significant post-qualification experience and relevant supervisory experience
Minimum of 3-4 years Management experience in a nursery settling is essential
