At Virgin Media O2, we’re looking for confident and driven individuals to join our friendly and knowledgeable Field Sales Representatives team.
Making commission just became easier. We now combine new and existing customer sales with small business selling, giving you the best opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
Sell ‘door to door’ (D2D) to new residential customers
Retain existing residential customers
Sell to new small business customers
The on-target commission is £20k per year in this role, with top performing Field Sales Representatives earning anything between £50k-£70k in commission per year ( we’re serious!).
In the first couple of weeks, you will undergo our induction and training process. This is predominantly held virtually between the hours of 9am-5pm with a mix of self-led learning and an in-office induction with your manager. Following the completion of your induction, you will be awarded a payment to the value of one month’s on-target commission.
Once trained, you will work 37.5 hours per week, typically between 12pm – 8pm.
