As a Deputy Ward Manager you will have previous experience in a similar setting as a nurse, and have excellent knowledge in healthcare and managing people. You will be leading the nursing team and coordinating the wards, ensuring procedures are being followed and a safe environment is maintained.
You will have the responsibility of organising shifts, on-call rotas, managing the ward budgets, and will be an integral member of the team; offering your peers on-going guidance and training to ensure they have the necessary support system and skillset.

Join the team at Potters Bar Clinic providing care for young people and adults with acute mental health needs and personality disorders in an established 24-hour care environment. The CAMHS Tier 4 Low Secure services are for young people aged 13-18.
Potters Bar Clinic is located in a residential area, only one minute drive from the M25 and a short bus ride from Potters Bar Train Station, with a bus stop right outside, making it an easy commute for most.
This is a full time role and will be on a Rota basis, 3 / 4 12.5 hour shifts per week. You will work on a 2-week rolling Rota, working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday one week and then Monday. Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday the next. You will work across a Ward overseeing 11-12 adults.
