We are looking for a Social Worker to join a Community Mental Health Team. THIS ROLE REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION WITH A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS POST QUALIFIED EXPERIENCE. About the team This team works as a multidisciplinary environment to provide appropriate support to those with Mental Health concerns and their carers. Undertaking complex assessments, Section 117 reviews and completing safeguarding processes under the Care Act 2014 are some of the key responsibilities for this position. The team is highly driven to work with each service user as an individual and to tailor their care plans as necessary. About you A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. Experience with line management in a mental health setting (whether that be community based or inpatient) are all experiences that lends well to this role.
