The role:
As Clinical Case Manager, you will join our network of specialist clinicians to support some of the most vulnerable children, young people and adults following life changing injuries such as acquired Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injuries, complex orthopaedic injuries, amputation and limb loss, psychological injuries and more.
